TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Items must be collected within 2 days upon confirmation of your purchase. If your items are uncollected after 2 days, they will be sent to your location and you will be charged for the additional transportation fees
• Customers are required to print their invoices upon confirmation or save it on their mobile devices, and bring it to our stores for verification.
• Our Click & Collect service option for ‘pick up my purchases for free at Pets Kampong outlets’ is only available locally while the other function such as ‘My purchases delivered to your Address’ is applicable for overseas customers.
